The different styles of driveway gates include:
Single Swing (One large gate that hinges on a single post and spans the entire driveway)
Double Swing (Two gates that are similar in size that hangs off a post on either side of the driveway and meets in the middle)
Sliding gate (A gate that covers the driveway when closed, slides along a track on the floor in order to open off one side of the driveway)
Cantilever gate (Another sliding option, but this option does not require a track on the floor as it runs on a track mounted to the gate and suspends the gate across the driveway. A good option if there are heavy vehicles using the driveway)
Aluminium gates and fence panels have become very popular over the last few years and are in my opinion the best option for most residential and many commercial applications. Some of the reasons are.
